This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics and the details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service) scam is just one of many reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. It's yet another company claiming: "AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service) INC. is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1999" on their 'About Us' page, (1999 also appears in the page footer above), yet the website domain airinstant.com was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 08-oct-2009 and they have no internet presence whatsoever. They also have other aliases as WES service, VBV Logistic, Logistic Worldwide Service and Logistic Worldwide Direct (L.W.W.D) scams. using an identical site layout. Other related frauds are RLS-Logistics and InterBuyers and The Shipping Company, LLC and Well Express (Well Ex) among many others. The website that they use was originally stolen from the genuine mail forwarding website Access USA, (myus.com), but that company have since updated their website. This fraud is an obvious direct replacement for the identical METROAIR EXPRESS, using the same domain registrar.
Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) They claim on their website: "AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service) is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1999" and on the 'Jobs' page "AirInstant services approximately 15,500 customers worldwide. The company currently processes over 20,000 inbound packages of merchandise each month", yet a Google search for "AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service)" shows that they have no internet presence at all. It's also the same bogus claims made by all his other previous aliases.

ii) They claim on their website "Company AirInstant was founded in 1999" but their website domain airinstant.com was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 08-oct-2009 for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of just one year. Clear evidence of fraud.

iii) They claim on their website: "Company AirInstant was founded in 1999. It is a branch of the DHL. Since the 2003 year the AirInstant had been a department of the DHL. But in 2007 the DHL made a decision to open the branch AirInstant of the DHL because it had a lot of clients." (note the characteristic extra "the" that these criminals always insert and the poor English), but a Google search for "DHL International GmbH" "AirInstant" throws up no hits apart from their own fraud site. There is clearly no link between DHL and AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service).
Clear evidence of fraud.

iv) The payload of this fake site is the usual "PART-TIME POSITION: AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service) SHOPPING ASSISTANT" which in this case is a standard re-shipping fraud position as follows:

Just more confirmation of the illegal 'reshipping donkey' job of handling stolen goods that they are spamvertising. Unless you want a criminal record - don't even think about it. The goods that are sent to the victim's address are purchased by credit card fraud and the main suspect and only contact will be you.

• - A Google Search for the address "AirInstant, Corp., PO Box 202, Bradenton, FL 34209" returns zero results.
• - A Google Search for the telephone number "1-800-906-2875" shows it was last used by the criminal's Logistic Worldwide Service (L.W.W.S) alias. A lookup on the telephone number returns the following information: "Exchange 906 is not valid or is not in regular use at this time, or may be a newly created exchange." & was previously checked as a fake number by a US resident. - clear evidence of fraud.
• - Note the common phone and Fax. number.

viii) A search of the Florida state business register shows that there is no company by the name of AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service), INC. registered in the state of Florida. Check for yourself. Irrefutable evidence of a fake company.

ix) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the AirInstant (Logistic Worldwide Service) website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit spam victims for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
